The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division has a requirement for a Low Profile Flotation Collar to be fabricated in accordance with a Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division specification. This is considered to be a non-developmental item. It is anticipated that the Government will award two contracts to prove out the specification. After delivery and evaluation of the floatation collars from both contractors, one contractor will be selected to produce the collars per the specification. Production deliveries are proposed to be under a delivery order requirement. A pre-solicitation conference is scheduled for 20 March 1996 at the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA 93555. Potential offerors are requested to notify the point of contact if you are interested in attending the conference.
