The cables are part of the electrodynamic test systems. These cables are used to interconnect the power amplifiers to the electrodynamic vibrators. The cable assemblies will be procured on a sole-source basis from Unholtz-Dickie, Wallingford, CT. in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Since Unholtz-Dickie is the only company that has the proprietary information required to manufacture the cables. Note 22 Applies. This is anticipated to be an Firm Fixed Price contract. The shipping terms will be F.O.B. Destination with inspection and acceptance at destination. (0066)
