65 -- SUPPLEMENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR HUMAN BLOOD & BLOOD PRODUCTS SOL 549-58-96 DUE 042996 POC Contracting Officer, Marilyn Clayburn, (214)302-7521 The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 4500 S. Lancaster Rd., Dallas, TX 75216 intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Bloodcare, 9000 Harry Hines Blvd., Dallas, TX 75235 for human blood and blood products to supplement requirements furnished by American Red Cross. The period covered under this contract will be May 1, 1996 (or date of award if later) through September 30, 1996. Contract will include two hour delivery of emergency requirements twenty four hour delivery of non-emergency requirements and delivery of specially drawn or processed ancillary blood products. This will be the only notice of such solicitation. Refer to Note 22. (0066)
