The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has a requirement for natural resource damage assessment, restoration, and litigation case management support services. As many as two awards are contemplated. Each contract will include a five-year year term with Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery ordering provisions and a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee pricing arrangement. During the five-year term, the Government may place orders for up to 100,000 professional labor hours. The contract(s) will also include four options, each providing for an additional 25,000 hours. Interested sources who have already responded to the previous announcement (as it appeared in the CBD on or about December 15, 1995) need not re-apply. It is anticipated that the Request For Proposal (RFP) will be made available on or about March 28, 1996. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. (0066)
