An overhead crane is available for lifting within the plant's turbine bay. Work on the turbine generator may not commence before 15 April 1996 and must be completed, with the turbine generator fully operational, by 16 September 1996. If the work cannot be completed during the time frame specified, it may be completed in a second phase, as long as the turbine generator is fully operational during the period of 16 September 1996 through 14 April 1997. A proposal that offers complete performance during the initial time frame specified will be more favorably considered than an offer proposing performance in phases. Offerors must provide information that clearly demonstrates their experience and ability to overhaul General Electric Turbine Generators with qualified technicians.
