(Site Code DAKF57) Services to be performed consist of furnishing all material, parts, labor, tools, and equipment necessary to provide FULL SERVICE preventative maintenance and repair; perform routine (6 month intervals), annual (1 year intervals), and five year tests for Government provided ASME QEI-1 qualified inspector on the vertical lift devices (elevators, escalators, dumb waiters and wheel chair lifts) in Tactical Support Center, Building 2025B; Guest House, Building 2111; Flight Simulator, Building 3087; Education Center, Building 6242; Intelligence Operations Facility, Building 9113; Madigan Army Medical Center, Building 9040; and Supply and Services Warehouse, Building 9630. All vertical lift devices shall be maintained in compliance with requirements of American Standard Safety Code ANSI A17.1, edition which applies to the year VTE was installed or modified. The purpose of this contract is to place into operation a continuing system of full maintenance to provide necessary systematic services and preventative maintenance for all vertical lift devices equipment described herein. This contract consists of base period (1 October 1996 through 30 September 1997) and three one-year option periods. This is a partial requirements type contract and delivery orders will be issued against the requirements items. This solicitation will be issued as unrestricted.
