The basic qualification requirements are as follows: experience in managing U.S. government foreign assistance programs, including familiarity with accounting and reporting requirements; experience with the Federal cost principles and guidelines governing the use of grant funds; accounting and financial analysis training and/or experience; facility with Lotus 1-2-3 and WordPerfect software packages for Windows; knowledge of international business and/or trade; strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills and ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. Some overseas travel is required. Salary commensurate with experience. Period of performance is not to exceed one year.
