The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Washington intends to award a sole source contract with I-Net, Inc, for ADP Management and Support Services for the Bureau of Naval Personnel at #2 Navy Annex, Washington, DC 20370. The contract will be a cost plus fixed fee with approximately 58,018 manhours of effort, and will last six months, commencing June 1996. The proposed bridge contract action is for services for which secret clearances for each employee are required, and for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1 which has been prepared. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
