The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the service of one or more real estate asset management (REAM) for the State of Hawaii. The REAM will be responsible for the management of HUD's single family properties to include, but not be limited to property inspection; notification to police, tax authorties, and utility companys of HUD's ownership; removal of drbris, initial cleaning, securing the property, elimination of hazards, soliciting for repairs and assisting HUD in marketing the properties.
