The Office of Naval Research intends to award a sole source contract to GTE of Thousand Oaks, CA for the integration of the Tactical Collection Management System (TCMS) into the Marine Corps existing Joint Intelligence Computer Sytem. The TCMS manages the operational intelligence requirements process from incoming field requests for intelligence products to final coordinated/evaluated responses.
