The FAA Technology Transfer Program is sponsoring Technology Transfer Week April 9-11 at the Technical Center, Atlantic City International Airport, New Jersey. This event will provide an opportunity for industry to see what FAA Technology Transfer is all about. Scheduled activities: Forum with small businesses, especially ex-DOD contractors, to describe the opportunities for Technology Transfer and provide an arena for one-on-one networking with FAA scientists and engineers; Forum on how the FAA Technology Transfer, IR&D, SBIR and the SBA programs work to provide access to facilities, equipment and personnel. Throughout Technology Transfer Week, the agency will reaffirm its commitment to bring research and technology to the private sector in the form of knowledge, facilities, expertise, products, and product application and clarify the technological needs and requirements relative to the FAA's mission.
