In addition, offerors will be required to perform desktop publishing services, including, but not limited to, handling all aspects of producing the EHP, a monthly scientific journal and other NIEHS or NTP documents which are specified on the INTERNET, marketing the journals and supplements, selling subscriptions, advertisements, and performing any related activities which supports an Information Subscription Service. Offerors will be required to develop and maintain a revenue-generating Information Service to serve subscribers over the World Wide Web on the INTERNET.
