Modernization of the ATCT cab at Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport, Kalamazoo, MI consists of but is not limited to: 1)Remove existing carpeting, including mastic and asbestos containing floor tiles underneath the carpet; 2)Remove existing consoles, turrets, writing surfaces, & supervisor's desk; 3)Furnish & install Emcor parts for cab consoles, turrets & writing surfaces, with hardware; 4)Furnish & install a customized support for the D-Brite equipment & two podiums; 5)Furnish & install a sink base, countertop, refrigerator, table & bookshelf; 6)Furnish & install carpet tiles on floor & new carpet on exposed walls; 7)Furnish & install laminate to cover window sills & horizontal surface above stairs; 8)Paint window posts; 9)Furnish & install track lighting over consoles; 10)Furnish & install multioutlet strips behind the turrets; 11)Miscellaneous civil and electrical work as described in the drawings & specifications.
