The principal components of work include: remove and dispose of one metal service building, remove and dispose of eight concrete foundations, and one building concrete entry slab and approximately 17 feet of cable trench, construct one 16x30 building reinforced concrete foundation and one 5x4 entry slab, and provide miscellaneous site work, including extending the existing yard. The work is situated in Haaken County, approximately 1 1/4 miles east of Midland, South Dakota. The period of performance is 90 calendar days. The estimated order of magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis on or about April 25, 1996, with bids due on or about May 26, 1996.
