Description of Work: Construct a facility to house combat simulators. The project includes one 44,280 square foot structure, approximately 8,000 square yards of asphalt paving, 3,500 square yards of concrete paving, 20,000 cubic yards of excavation and 10,000 cubic yards of fill. The structure includes a low bay section to house the administration area and a high bay section to house the simulators. The installation of the simulators is NOT part of this project. The installation of water, sewer (sanitary and storm), gas line, electrical, security fencing and erosion control are included. The roof will be a standing seam metal structure. THIS IS AN 8A COMPETITIVE SET ASIDE SOLICITATION RESTRICTED TO 8A CONTRACTORS WITHIN THE STATES OF GEORGIA AND ALABAMA. Network Analysis System will be required.
