Description of Work: Design and construction of an approximately 6,700 SF single story pre-engineered building with standing seam metal roof. This small equipment paint facility will consist of two work bays and approximately 1,400 SF of administration and support space. The work bays shall contain two 2-ton monorail hoist systems with a clear hook height of 20 feet and 20-foot by 20-foot overhead roll-up doors. The paint booth and the monorails equipment are separately funded from the building. Network Analysis will be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $500,000 to $1,000,000.
