The USDA, National Finance Center (NFC) is seeking sources for a disaster recovery program agreement. The NFC is comprised of approximately 1700 employees. It provide centralized, automated, and integrated financial, payroll, personnel, administrative payments and central accounting systems for over 40 Federal departments and agencies. Therefore, a recovery program is needed whereas the contractor must provide the following: (1) deliver replacement equipment within five (5) working days of notification; (2) guarantees a response time of two hours of receiving a call; (3) send a quarterly configuration list of all computer equipment in USDA, NFC's list; and (4) will warrant that all equipment delivered will be certified for manufacturer's maintenance. All responsible sources are invited to submit information indicating capability, at no cost to the government, to USDA, National Finance Center, P.O. Box 29900, New Orleans, LA 70189. This is a request for information for the sole purpose of identifying prospective sources and does not commit USDA, NFC to make an award.
