The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is seeking a contractor to design, supply and install gravity flow tilt front shelving (3,000 pick faces), conveyor distribution system, and inplant offices, for paper documentation distribution. The distribution system will be a part of the new centralized distribution center, located in the sub-basement at HUD Headquarters Building at 451 7th Street, SW, Washington, DC. The system shall be installed either in stages or in one phase. The contractor shall also provide annual maintenance and on-demand servicing of the system. The contract shall have a 12 month base period with four option periods of four months each. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The SIC code classification is 1796, size standard $7 million.
