The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, CA intends to procure on a sole source basis with Sybase Inc., 77 South Bedford, Burlington, MA 01803 for services in support of the TAMPS. This procurement is for on-line telephone services, software updates and upgrades to the Sybase SQL Server, Sybase Open Client/ Ada-Verdi, and Open Client/ C systems in support of the TSMPS. Sybase is the manufacturer and maintains all proprietary data and rights to these systems. A firm-fixed price services contract is contemplated, with services to be provided for a period of 7 months from the date of award. The contract will include two option periods of one year each.
