Must provide sufficient technical documentation to demostrate the capability to satisfy the requirements, complete pricing including all charges, one copy of their GSA contract (if applicable) and delivery time (not to exceed 30 days). If no affirmative responses are received within 15 days the Contracting Officer shall proceed with the negotiations with DATA GENERAL.
