The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has a requirement to furnish all the necessary personnel, labor, materials, parts, tools, and calibration equipment to provide the required full service maintenance, inspections, repairs, retro-fits and emergency services to the government owned, Honey well Delta 1000 Building Automated System i.e. Fire Protection, Smoke Evacuation and Environmental Monitoring Systems, located in the Lister Hill Building # 38A at the National Institutes of Health, in Bethesda, Maryland. The inital contract period will extend for one year with four one-year option periods. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside.
