The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment supplies and materials to perform the services required to pump approximately thirteen tanks, located throughout Picatinny Arsenal approximately five miles north of Dover, Morris County, New Jersey. Workmanship employed and materials used in the performance of these services shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work. This procurement will be 100% small business set-aside. See Note 1.
