Construct three separate enclosures including walls, doors and painting; two around the new heat pump locations and one around an existing stairwell. Furnish and install a refrigerant leak detection and alarm system for two heat pump enclosures. Furnish and install two supply air and exhaust air systems for two heat pump enclosures.
