The NAVAL SEA SYSTEMS COMMAND has a requirement for technical, engineering and logistics support services. These services are currently being provided under contracts N00024-91-C-2106 with MPR and Associates of 320 King Street, Alexandria, VA 22314-3238 and N00024-91-C-2115 with Life Cycle Engineering, Inc. of 1 Poston Road, Suite 300, Charleston, SC, 29417-3000. The total requirement is for approximately 517,840 manhours of effort consisting of approximately 114,320 manhours for the base year, 108,160 manhours for option year I, 101,920 manhours for option year II, 97,760 manhours for option year III and 95,680 manhours for option year IV. A facility convenient to NAVSEA headquarters will be required. This is a 100% set-aside competitive procurement for small businesses; the applicable Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 8711 with a size standard of $20 million annual sales.
