The Navy will solicit and negotiate with only one source, Science Applications International Corporation. The proposed contract action will be used to identify all proposed budget requirements, monitor approved budget expenditures and track the budget execution for various task levels. Science Applications has previously developed and delivered a work breakdown structure--They will be tasked to update the Navair Calibration and Meteorology Program Work breakdown structure based on changes in organizational structures and lessons learned in use of the current system. A fixed price purchase order will be awarded utilizing simplified Acquisition Procedures. Request for quote is to be issued on or about 25 Mar 1996.
