This is not a request for either a quote or proposal, or an invitation for bid. The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to identify potential offerors for Termite Inspection Services for Military Family Housing, Various Areas, Oahu, Hawaii by means of a combination firm fixed-price and indefinite quantity type contract. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, supplies, supervision, and management required for the termite inspection services. Termite inspections shall be performed by a working unit comprised of a professional experienced inspector qualified to identify wood-destroying organisms, and an expertly trained dog capable of locating live wood-destroying organisms, and an expertly trained dog capable of locating live wood-destroying insects concealed in walls and other traditionally inaccessible areas. Also included is localized treatment for infestations identified during inspections. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months plus four option years. The Government will not synopsize the option(s) when exercised. The total term of the contract, including all options, will not exceed 60 months. SIC Code 7342 applies.
