Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment for grounds clean up, grass mowing, and fertilization of USARC grounds areas at two locations in Muskegon, MI and at times specified by facility manager for the base period of 1 May 1996 through 31 March 1997 plus two option years following the base year. There are approximately 24 Type I mowings, 12 Type II mowings, one spring initial clean-up, and four fertilizations per year. Requests for this RFQ must be in writing and accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashiers check or money order payable to the U.S. Treasury in the amount of $5.00 per RFQ package. Written quotations will be issued on or about 26 March 1996 and should be submitted by 12 April 1996. Anticipated award date is on or about 1 May 1996.
