Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, permits and licenses necessary to service oil/water separators and holding tanks. Requirement consists of monitoring facilities, estimating quantities of waste and transporting the waste to an EPA designated facility using a vacuum truck. Performance period is 01 October 1996 through 30 September 1997(basic) plus 3 option years. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business.
