The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division intends to procure on a full and open competition basis a purchase, or lease with option to purchase, one each Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometer. The Lease will be on a yearly basis for up to three years. The Spectrometer will be used for analysis of metal contaminants in water and waste streams. The spectrometer must have a simultaneous analyze detection capability over the range of 180 to 500 nanometers. The spectrometer shall have an Axial Plasma for improved metal detection limits and an Autosampler for increased throughput and shall be provided with all hardware and software required for data. Installation, demonstration, and training will be at China Lake, CA. Operation manuals, preventative, remedial, and emergency maintenance will be required.
