Hawkins, 601/377-8577. The scope of work consists of two (2) distinct phases of work with Phase A being finished complete and ready for use prior to commencement of Phase B. Phase A Work: Replace five (5) rooftop air conditioning units with units of equal capacity. New units shall be mounted on existing roof curbs where applicable. New duct transitions will be installed as required. Units range in capacity from 10 to 40 tons. New unit controls will be installed. Controls will be direct digital type and be compatible with existing EMCS system, Landis & Gyr System 600, operated by Johnson Controls Worldwide Industries. Phase B Work: The work includes the removal and replacement of the existing EPDM loose laid and ballasted roof membrane; removal and replacement of the existing roof insulation; removal of the existing precast concrete scuppers; the provision of new gutters and down spouts; and all associated flashing and incidental work. Estimated cost range $500,000 to $1,000,000. Estimated time for completion is two hundred forty (240) calendar days. (064)
