Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to construct a new wellness clinic of approximately 2,711 square feet addition to physical fitness facility, building 308, at Grand Forks AFB, ND. Work to include but not limited to brick masonry, construction on reinforced concrete foundation, concrete floor slab, roofs, office spaces, conference room, waiting area, uni-toilet room, storage room, mechanical equipment room, wellness assessment area, asbestos abatement, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and all other work as specified in strict accordance with Technical Provisions and Drawings for JFSD 951022. The performance period shall be 120 calendar days after the date of notice to proceed. Drawings and specifications for this project will be issued on 3 1/2'' computer disks. Drawings will be on AUTO CAD R-12 files and specifications will be Microsoft Word for Windows 6.0 files. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
