New roof work consists of demolition (complete tear-off) of existing roofing materials and replace- ment of same. New roof work includes but shall not be limited to: new perimeter nailers, new coultar membrane, and new flashing and couster flashing, etc. Reinstallation of existing satellite receiver dishes and antenna work consists of partial demolition of roof defective (core dwelling) to locate new structural supports for steel framing supporting the equipment. Work may also include relocation of existing equipment and partial demolition of existing supports. Anticipated issue date is 5/30/96. Cost Range is $300,000 - 400,000. Contractor has 130 calendar days after notice to proceed to complete the project.
