Interested firms should respond with a full description of services or systems that can provide the features and capabilities typical of large PBX, Centrex or equal installations. The Laboratory's existing copper and fiber infrastructure may be utilized. The information sent must fully describe company qualifications and equipment capabilities with respect to the foregoing or related fields. The small business size standard applicable to the proposed acquisition is 1000 employees. Firms qualifying as a small business with respect to this standard should so state. Responses are required on or before March 25, 1996. Firms responding to this announcement which fail to provide adequate information for LLNL to review and determine company capabilities will not be considered for inclusion into any resulting source list.
