William Bolyard The Morgantown Energy Technology Center solicits proposals for the demonstration of advanced filters and filter systems which offer cost savings and increased reliability. The project will be conducted in three parts consisting of a conceptual design and resolution of technical issues phase, a pilot-scale design and construction phase, and a pilot-scale testing phase. Phase 1 will involve several tasks including a conceptual design, resolution of technical issues through bench scale testing, and filter element design and fabrication. Phase 2 will consist of three tasks pilot-scale filter system design, pilot-scale filter system construction and pilot-scale test plan. Phase 3 will focus on pilot-scale testing. The solicitation document is to be issued on or about April 1, 1996. Requests for the solicitation must be in writing and reference the solicitation number. Telephone requests will not be honored.
