Services shall include all necessary site investigation for the construction of new 10,500 GSF SICU to include 12 SICU beds, 12 step down beds, and 4 recovery beds for existing inpatient surgery program. A/E shall have successful work history in health care design and surgical intensive care unit similar in scope to this project. Drawings shall be accomplished on ''CAD'' and be compatible with VA Autocad system format software, Autocad Release 12. Construction cost range between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Area of consideration is restricted to businesses within 50 mile radius of Lexington, KY. Interested firms must submit appropriate data described in Numbered Note 24 no later than April 26, 1996.
