Project consists of installation of plastic mesh seedling protectors (tubes) on an estimated 239 acres at a 12 foot x 12 foot tube spacing interval, 300 trees per acre for Item 1; an estimated 183 acres at a 13 foot x 13 foot tube spacing interval, 250 trees per acre for Item 2. This is a Requirements contract. Award will be made to one bidder. Work is to be performed for the Scott River Ranger District, Klamath National Forest, Siskiyou County, California. Date for receipt of bids has not be established, but is estimated to be in the latter part of April, 1996. When calling, be prepared to state name, address and solicitation number.
