Giles (318) 531-2353 (Site Code DAKF24) The Contractor shall provide monthly periodic maintenance for 19 tents located at the intermediate staging base (ISB), England Airpark, Alexandria, LA. for one year. Maintenance shall include inspections for structural soundness and preventative maintenance to be conducted between the 1st and 10th of each month. Monthly tightening of tents and structural devices (supports, chains, ropes, stakes, etc.) to ensure that top is tight enough to prevent sagging/collapse due to trapped water and high winds. Contractor shall provide all labor and supplies for replacement of all non- serviceable items with like items. Contractor shall have at least 2 years of commercial large tent experience. Contractor shall also possess emergency response capabilities during troop rotations (10 rotations a year for six days each rotation). During the rotations, the response time shall be within 24 hours after acknowledgment of the emergency notification.
