The Naval Research Laboratory Intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competitive basis with TEKTRONIX, INC. for the procurement of 16 CHANNEL LOGISCOPE, 2 ea. technical specifications include the requirement that each logiscope have the timing accuracy across a group of 16 channels of recording be less than +/- 500 picoseconds for any two channels in the group of 16. Delivery date required shall be on or before 15 JUNE 1996. TEKTRONIX, INC. is the only known commercial source of a LOGISCOPE that can meet this requirment.
