The Contractor shall furnish dental services at the Pine Knot Civilian Conservation Center. This includes all supervision, labor (including any dental assistant or hygienists), transportation of Contractor's personnel and incidentals, other than those provided by the Government, necessary to successfully provide dental services. This solicitation consists of a base year beginning on July 1, 1996, and ending on June 30, 1997. Optional years may be executed from July 1, of each year until June 30, of the next year, until June 30, 2001.
