Colbert (502) 798-7566 (Site Code DAKF23) Remove existing shingles, felt and flashing from all roof surfaces (approximately 630 units) including garages and patio covers. Existing roofs are 4:12 pitch. Install new 15# felt, three tab shingles, metal drip edge and roof flashing. Remove existing and install new gutters and downspouts. Install new ridge vents. Cut new openings in existing decking for new ridge vents. Remove deteriorated plywood sheathing and install new sheathing. Reinforce deteriorated roof trusses/rafters with 2x scabs. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. This acquisition will be issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore this acquisition is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining small business size, SIC 1761, for this acquisition, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million. Estimated range of this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Performance time is 180 calendar days.
