Presolicitation Notice: Provide all plant, labor, materials, tools, equipment and work necessary to complete project in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Work consist of, but is not limited to: excavating 4-6'' of existing gravel and dispose; replace with 2-3'' of new drain rock to be 4'' below surface of concrete slab; minor grading outside the permiter of the fence; removal of existing flashing around the bottom of the switchgear, clean existing channel supporting the switch gear; sawcut and remove 4'' of existing 8'' concrete slab in front of switchgear; construct metal shed over the switchgear/slab; place screening slats in the existing double gate of the metal fence; place top soil and hydroseed at two substations on Elmendorf AFB, AK. This solicitation is NOT ELECTRICAL in nature. The Magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 3 April 96 with a BOD of 3 May 96. Project is to completed within 120 calendar days. this project is open to both Large and Small businesses and is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
