The AFFTC has a requirement for PCM Bit Synchronizers in accordance with the following requirements: 15 million bits per second; pulse coded modulation; all NRZ, BIO, and DM codes supported; forward error correction and viterbi encoding also supported; unit shall fit standard 19 inch rack with inputd/outputs connectors on rear of unit, and user operated controls on front; and in accordance with the requirements of the minimum salient characteristics to be provided. A standard commercial warranty is required. The procedure to be used in awarding this contract is a written quotation. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. SIC Code is 3829.
