This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. Office of Management and Budget small business size standard is $14.5 million dollars. This procurement is under DPAS Rating DO-A7. The Government requests an offer from Computer Systems Corporation, Indianapolis, IN; DECDirect, EL Paso, TX, McBride & Associates, Albuquerque, NM for the following commercial items; Digital Multia Workstation, (P/N VX42A-F2) 233mhz, 528MB Hard Drive, floppy:Quantity 11Each U.S./U.K. Standard Keyboard, PC interface connector 108 keys, English keycaps: Quantity 11 each. The solicitation document and incorporating provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 90-36. The White Sands Test Facility propulsion test Data Acquisition and Control System (DACS) are an integral part of the testing systems, providing control for firing profiles and collection, analysis, and archiving of data captured during testing. Increased functional requirements necessitate replacing significant parts of the systems. This procurement obtains the necessary hardware as a user terminal which incorporates the Alpha chip for the WSTF Propulsion Test Office replacement DACS systems. This hardware is currently in use on the development system and two production systems being implemented to replace parts of the old DACS hardware and software. This hardware and software must be fully compatible with the existing spares contained in the DACS replacement development system. The real time data acquisition applications have been developed using this equipment. Items shall be delivered within 45 days after contract award, FOB destination to: NASA JSC White Sands Test Facility, Attn: Transportation Officer, Route 70/Bldg. 120, Las Cruces, NM 88012; reissue to : RD/R.
