70 -- PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF HEWLETT-PACKARD EQUIPMENT SOL F41622-96-T3212 POC Juan A. Villarreal, Contract Specialist, 210-536-6224. Brooks AFB Operational Contracting intends to negotiate with Hewlett-Packard, PO Box 105005, Atanta GA 30348, on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to provide for a six-month preventive maintenance and emergency responses on 414 different pieces of Hewlett-Packard Equipment. The principal period of maintenance shall be nine consecutive hours per day, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The purchase order will require the contractor to provide parts, labor and auxiliary services including emergency services for Heweltt-Packard equipment. Justification: Supplies are available from one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supply will satisfy agency requirements. No telephone requests will be accepted.
