Roaming service must be provided to, but not limited to, these areas: Washington, DC; Florida, Texas, Arizona, Huntsville, AL; Portland, OR; and Seattle, WA. The contract shall consist of a base contract period (date of award through 30 Sep 96) and four one-year options to be exercised solely at the discretion of the Government. This procurement will be conducted under SIC code: 4899. The size standard for this SIC code is: $11.0 million. Large businesses competing for this project must comply with the FAR 52.219-9 clause regarding the requirement for a subcontracting plan on the part of the work it intends to subcontract. The recommended goals for subcontracting are 52.5% for small business, 8.8% for small disadvantaged business, and 3.0% for small business/woman-owned.
