This solicitation is to secure services to install flexible plastic net tubes and nor-plex tubing around seedlings on an estimated 726 acres; maintain previously installed netting and nor-plex on an estimated 2,449 acres; and remove plastic net tubes on an estimated 112 acres. There are two bid items. Desired start work date is approximately May 22, 1996. An Oregon State Farm/Forest Labor Contractor's License and a valid Farm Labor Contractor Certificate of Registration will be required. Bonding is also required. This project is located on the Malheur National Forest, Prairie City Ranger District, Grant County, Oregon. See Note 1. (066)
