MTMCEA is initiating a procurement effort in FY96 to have a Youth Ministry Technician provide a youth ministry program to school-age children who are active participants of the installation's chapel. Applicants must have at least a Master Degree in a field related to youth work or the Social Sciences and a State Teaching Certification or equivalency. Applicants who do not currently possess a Master Degree but are within a semester of completion may apply and request a copy of the Request for Quotation. Additionally, applicants will have at least two (2) years experience in a religiously related youth program.
