Facilities cannot be located within a 30 mile radius of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania (Luzerne County); Department of Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinics located in Allentown, Pennsylvania (Lehigh County) and Sayre, Pennsylvania (Bradford County). The base period of this contract will be effective on/about June 1, 1996 through May 31, 1997. The Government will have the option for renewal options.
