Contractor will be required to show proof of Board Certification prior to award. Contractor is required to provide to/from shipping to above mentioned clinics. The Contractor must be able to interface with the Composite Health Care System (CHCS). Contractor will have 72 hours from time of pickup to return the X-rays. The period of performance will include a base year and three (3) option years, with performance anticipated to begin 1 Oct 96.
