This is a solicitation for multifamily architectural/engineering analysis services for the State of Ohio, which includes HUD Offices in Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Columbus. Work involves the review and analysis of architectural plans for technical adequacy and conformance with HUD's Minimum Property Standards, local codes and standards. Travel to the project site is generally required. The contract period is one two-year period with no options to extend the term of the contract.
